Im not really trying to get a six pack, just a flat stomach so when i wear cute maxi dresses, I dont look like im pregnant. Im ok with the rest of my body but its so frustrating trying to get rid of this pooch. I really appreciate you all taking the time to answer my question :-)

How much of a deficit should I be eating? I was at 1200 calories but recently upped it to 1500-1600 so im not sure if that is too much or not enough.

I have about 6 of bob harper's dvds and they all will kick your *kitten*! My favorite is the "ultimate cardio" one. Its about an hour long and includes weight lifting and cardio. I also like the fact that his videos have a timer in the corner that indicate how much time you have left in your workout and what move is coming…

I do a majority of my workouts at home with exercise dvd's. I dont have a gym membership and im a stay at home mom so i find workout dvds more convenient plus i can just throw on a sports bra and chonie shorts. I think alot of workout videos are also geared towards women.
