I have a 32oz. water bottle that I fill up multiple times per day. I add lemon juice.

I always eat tacos but my favorite are mini corn tortillas, sirloin steak, cilantro, onion and salsa. so good

You dont need diet pills to lose weight. Its funny how they say on the bottle to take with a sensible diet and exercise program. If they are causing yiu pain, then you should stop taking them.

I dont drink or go out much at all anymore but when I did, I would workout then eat before I left. Also, you can try putting some snacks in your purse for later incase you get the munchies.
