I have managed to lose 20 lbs with little to no excercise as well. My boyfriend is really into working out, so occasionally I will go with him and work out, but it is not very often. Mostly, I just have to really watch what I eat. I love to cook, so finding new healthy recipes makes the process so much more fun. Good luck…

I am new to MFP, too. I think you can know your "friends" if you want to, but I don't think it is a necessity. I am also I college, and I gained about 30 lbs. my freshman year! YIKES! I am ready to make a change :)
