New start for me too but I agree with vining, do it for you and what you get out of it. You will have more fulfillment once you reach your goal :)

I just had an ultrasound on my thyroid yesterday due to a nodule my new doctor found on my last visit. I always complained of this feeling but I am pretty used to it now. I am a little anxious of those results. Usually I would notice that tight feeling when I'm very stressed.
