Cut out all that alcohol! Not only is it not good for you're body but it's a major waste of calories. To keep things slow and realistic, you might try a light beer to replace whatever the type is you are currently drinking. Start slow and reduce the amount you consume over days. Hello :) My best advice would be to choose whatever the healthiest thing is for those 3 dining hall meals. I'm sure since it's a college, they won't be serving things that are too unhealthy (hopefully). Ask for nutritional information as it's sometimes available.
