  • Try and do something other than eat, like go to a movie, read a good book, or take up a new hobby. If the urge to eat is stronger than your will, try eating fruits (grapes, melons, cherries) or a huge salad with lots of veggies. More importantly, whatever you do...keep moving. Good luck
