I need help ... Every time i lose weight, the next few days, i start eating so much and then i gain all my weight back... what do i do to stop the urge to eat when i'm so close to my goal?!

    Eat a ton of grapes or maybe watermellon? Watermelon makes you feel FULL

    Try and do something other than eat, like go to a movie, read a good book, or take up a new hobby. If the urge to eat is stronger than your will, try eating fruits (grapes, melons, cherries) or a huge salad with lots of veggies. More importantly, whatever you do...keep moving. Good luck

    You can always work out a little bit more for the added exercise calories. I did that a lot the first week.
  • Think about how much effort you put into your weight loss. It just isn't worth it to gain all of that weight back and have it be 2x harder to lose the second time. Your health is worth more than that!

    You are definitely not alone. I sometimes feel like I'm self-sabotaging. Having that problem tonight..but now I know I'm not alone and can beat this.
