  • New mama here as well! Little one is two months old and I need to lose 40+ pounds. I was already a little overweight pre-pregnancy so I want to lose 20 pounds of the remaining baby weight plus 20+ more to be in a healthy place while my little continues to grow and become more active.

  • I'm 5'4". SW 180ish. CW 170ish. GW right now is 140 then re-evaluate once I get there. Was down to 125 a few years ago and lots of my friends said I looked to skinny but I felt my best then so who knows.

  • This year I'm adding something and sacrificing as well. I'm going to do the rosary every day and elimiate fast food chain eating. Tim Horton's and McDonald's breakfasts are sooo hard to resist when I'm in a rush in the morning. Also limiting the times I go out to eat to 1x week.
  • I tried something similar to this last night actually. Instead of the seeds though I put in some honey, unsweetened cocoa, and banana.
