If I got my running capris/shorts on, then no, but if I got athletic shorts that can ride up when lifting I gotta have something under there :laugh: so I'll wear spandex. I never wear cotton underwear or anything like that to the gym...always the "wick away" stuff

So I did squats all the time in high school with my weight lifting coach but have since drifted into leg press land. I <3 leg press. I am gluten intolerant so I try and eat as gluten free as possible. There's a website out there, can't remember the name off the top of my head but it's run by a couple. One is a professional chef and his wife is gluten free. Might find some good things there....will try and find website for you......

I'm 5'4'' and weighed in at 180 at the doctor the other day! EEK! that's the largest I've been. :( I;ve been logging food for a long time but not exercising like I should so my cheat days have not been doing me any good. Time for me to get back into the gym and bust my butt!

I went through the same thing. In the beginning, was burning alot of fat but for some reason not alot of calories, as I got stronger and leaner, it went the opposite way. Very odd.

yep! you surely did just say that :laugh: but I agree. days when I'm supposed to do Cardio X, I end up doing Plyo cuz I love the xtra burn it gives me haha. But my tri's were hurting yesterday so I did Cardio X. Much better today, but still sore.

I'm giving up fried foods!! I was already tempted last night after we went to chruch. I hadn't eaten dinner yet so we ended up at a pub!! people ordered deep fried pickles and onion rings!!! I ended up with a tuna melt and a salad...whew that was tough!!!!!
