Believe me I'm not judging anyone here///just an observation of the vegans I've seen and known personally. The one I kniw I even suggested eating more protein and they declined. (not in the form of meat of course- but life tofu and stuff)

Haha Sarge...loveit!! The vegans I know..this is just an observation FYI....all look sick!!! They're not eating right. It seems that whenever I go to the doctor my blood pressure is low too...does that decrease the calories burned or the opposite? I never knew this would affect it.

OMG!! I love ETV!!! It's great because I get so bored with other stuff real quick. Finally got out there last night after almost two weeks not going out running cuz of humidity (it really kills my exercise induced asthma). Wasn't too bad last night so I went for a 2 mile jog...need to not go after a circuit training video...legs were like jello lol

Thanks and you're right about friends. Some of my friends try and tempt me with things that "they can't finish" and it's stuff I shouldn't have. It can be hard to say no sometime but other times not. Bumming again...no weight has left me in a couple of weeks. I dropped two and that's it?? :sad: I'm tired of this desk job keeping me from exercising when I want to. I can't wait till I'm back at school and can exercise during the day.

Have not been able to get myself out to run in such a long time. The humidity and heat is insane right now and my asthma can't do it. Can't afford a tredmill or membership right now so I'm stuck doing videos. They're fun don't get me wrong but I miss my running :cry:

What saddens me the most is that he had a blog and posted several videos on youtube long before this happened pretty much stating the day he would die and that "he hoped to see God soon". Instead of jessica biel...I look at Jillian Michaels...if you look at her in her shredder videos and listen to her...she really sounds like exercise is a pain in the a** but it's something you have to do. She's not even that flexible and is in damn good shape.

Sadly I did not run last night but instead I got my bike out and went for a nice ride in my new neighborhood after doing my shred video. Hopefully I can get a run in tonight. Might be a lil late though so hopefully I can drag someone along with me. :smile: Happy Running!!!

Nah I don't think that's a fail. After doing HIIT they suggest you have a small snack around 100 cals that has a good proportion of carbs and protein and it sounds like you got that plus some fiber so you should be fine. :happy:

Alright just finished Shredder Level 1 (the short video-like 28min) I did not think I would be this soaked!! Haha I love it. The exercises were simple but with intervals of cardio it really got your HR up. I'm energized now so I think I'm going to get my bike out....later!
