  • I can't wear knee high boots anymore. With all my exercising, my calves are a whopping 17 inches around! So just be happy you can still wear boots...lol.
  • I don't get this at all. Ihave a hard time eating my given calories in a day let alone the !000 to 2000 calories I burn with exercise in a day. How important is it to eat back the net calories?? Some days there is no way I could eat that much!

  • Ok....I cooked in many restaurants and hotels over the years....best trick to peeling eggs is this: 1. put eggs in pot with water and BAKING SODA(about a tablespoon) 2. boil for 4 minutes 3. remove from heat and let sit for 20 minutes 4. Run under cold water 5. peel or refrigerate Works everytime!
