  • I started this morning! I did chest/back and ab ripper. I'm also training for a marathon that I'll be doing in August. I'm really hoping I'll be able to keep up with both training programs I don't follow their diet, either. I am trying to be even more conscious of what eat, cutting refined carbs and sticking to 1600-1800…

  • I just did my first 30 DS workout! I had to kind of modify the jumping, though, cause it kinda bothered my bladder:/ (I just had my 4th baby 3 weeks ago!)
  • Use it as a dip for blue corn chips or other tortilla chips. Super yummy!
