If you choose wisely what you eat from there I don't see an issue. 6 piece chicken nugget has 420 calories. If you can eat just that then its not that bad

The shot is pretty much the same as the pill for me. Although the shot works much faster and I can actually feel it running through my body.

I don't call it cheating. I eat healthy all the time. So if we go out for a special occasion I still log but I may have something that doesn't stay in my calorie range. I buy the sugar free syrups from Sams club and then do Fat free coffee mate creamer. 2 cups = 40 calories :)

They cost 2 bucks at the store. Buy one. I have lost over 40 inches with body revolution. That makes a big difference when the stupid scale doesnt move :)

I still eat well but alcohol comes into play on the weekends. Plus I may snack a bit more. I also force myself to go for a walk so I get some exercise.

Where all do you measure? L Arm, R Arm, Chest, Bust, Waist, Stomach, Upper Hips, Lower Hips, L High Thigh, L Mid Thigh, L Calf, R Thigh High, R Mid Thigh and R Calf are all the place I measure. :)

I am not sure how much you want to lose but I really doubt you will always see yourself as fat. Right now I am no where near my goal weight but I see my stomach getting smaller and so on. It is a great system. Make sure you can do all of the dvd's before moving on. If you can't do 20 knee push ups then you wont be able to do 20 military and so on. I lost 17 pounds in 2 months with it and 46 inches. I love that its only 30 minutes a day!

I agree 1200 is not that difficult. I don't do 2 snacks but here is what I do: 250 - Breakfast 400 - Lunch 150 - Snack 400 - Dinner

So I don't understand why anyone would criticize what you ate. It's not really their business is it? I realize we are here to support each other but if you are doing it in a healthy way then I don't see a problem. I have not opened my diary based on that. Its no ones business but my own what I eat. 10-12 glasses. I have a 24oz bottle I fill up at work at least 4 times and then I drink 2-3 glasses at night.

I ate everything in sight when I was pregnant (2 years ago) and went from a VERY active job to a sit down one.

With kids I have to work out after they go to bed. So usually that's about 830. I prefer it. I get done, watch a show or two and then head to bed. I like to do it first thing in the morning too but I already get up at 530 so i don't want to do that....
