  • Endometriosis can only be diagnosed through surgery. A lot of doctors can guess that you have it but until they go in and look they cannot be 100% sure.   • I made an excel spread sheet for this Body Revolution #2. I include a weekly weigh in and measurements. See I can lose inches, a lot of inches and little weight so I decided to track it weekly. I would be ok being a size 8 or 10 and be 150 pounds. Not all about that stupid scale!

  • I got through 2 months before I quit (I will start again) but I lost 17 pounds in 2 months. I love it because its 30 minutes a day. You can push yourself to finish 30 minutes! It costs about $120.00 but its worth it for me.
