Varies day to day...I can be starving one day and feel full the next. During TOM I can eat and eat and never feel full...lol

What are you on? Body Revolution? I have not done insanity but week 1 and 2 of BR are pretty easy...Maybe go to month 2 and push yourself...jump higher, use heavier weights, ect...

Got through phase 2 and then just stopped. I am so angry at myself. Phase 3 was a little too intense and instead of starting 2 again I just stopped. Granted we were in the process of moving...and blah blah blah excuses....lol. Starting again on phase 1 next Monday. I had lost 17 pounds and like 40 inches in the 2 months!…

I do 1200...its not that difficult 250 for breakfast...400 for lunch...150 for snack and 400 for dinner. Breakfast is normally 2 eggs and 1/2 an aidelles pineapple bacon chicken sausage (yes its amazing), Lunch - Salad or sandwich and veggies Snack - Greek yogurt Dinner - lean meat and 2 servings of veggies

Literally right before bed...I am exhausted from the workout and I sleep so much better...we tried mornings, just hard to get my butt out of bed.

My husband does the dishes, laundry and vacuums..I scrub the bathrooms, kitchen and dust. Those are things he doesn't think of. He does a great job at picking up stuff. I appreciate everything he does. Although not having to clean the toilets every weekend would be nice :)

Aidelles has a pineapple bacon chicken sausage (uhm YUM) I eat half the link along with 2 eggs. That gets me at about 250 calories for breakfast. However I am not hungry until lunch

Always. I do not weigh in that week. Regardless if I workout/eat right/up water in take I gain.

You can make a protein shake with Whey protein and greek yogurt. You can get almost 35g of protein in 1 shake. I like Nature's Plus keto slim its 110 calories for a packet and has almost 20g of protein. I add bananas and strawberries.

If I work out in the morning then yes I do... because I wake up, work out, shower, eat breakfast, get my kids ready, drop them off at daycare and go to work all in a 2 hour time frame.

Is this your first baby? I would not be too worried about the scale. Before any kids I was like 135 and in a Junior size 11. After my first child I got down to 145 and was an 8 or 10.
