Log it. If you get serious about calorie counting you wont want to drink (as much). I do love wine/beer but when I see that I can have food and not be hungry I opt for food :)

I hate running. Its boring, I am slow and it rips my knees apart. I do realize that there are a ton of people that enjoy jogging/running...please do not be offended. I just hate it.

My husband and I work out together...I HATE when he jumps a little higher, squats a little deeper or the KICKER loses more weight when he clearly does not need to. lol

You need to try the 1200 calories first. Try it for 2 months and if there is not significant weight loss then go to zig zagging your calories. Try eating it with honey. That way you get "use" to the taste. Try that for a week then go to the fruit on the bottom. I HATED it when I started eating it 6 weeks ago...now the chobani pineapple is my favorite thing ever!

Best way to stick with a diet. Do it for 2 weeks. FORCE yourself to do it for 2 weeks. Then your body is use to it...I had "bad" food this weekend and I felt sick to my stomach. Now I know its not good to eat it. Exercise...man I miss it on my rest days now.
