I love greek yogurt with fruit in it. Fills me up and has a nice amount of protein. You can also try protein shakes. Odwalla has a couple that have 400 calories each..

Love the body revolution because its something different every day. I did slim in six and HATED it. I just bought body revolution. 30 mins a day as opposed to 60-70 minutes a day. It works, its intense and I feel good. For me, I just want it. I took my "before picture" and I was disgusted. Your dad is your number one priority. 3 days is not going to throw you off too bad. You know what choices to make. Choose a turkey sandwich over a hamburger. Pack healthy snacks. But if you eat a candy bar or chips, its not that big of a deal. Prayers for you and your family!

Thought this way too. However, then I got Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and was surprised to see only 1100-1200 calories per day. THAT's it! Even with working out.

Think of it this way...your child needs you to eat 1700 calories a day MINIMUM! Nursing burns about 500 calories/day and you need 1200 calories without exercise or nursing...

You can do it. When you reach a plateau try zig zagging calories or doing a quick 3 day veggie and fruit cleanse. Hope this helps and add me as a friend!

Not really cheap but I use the Clif trail mix bars...they are 180 calories but keep me really full and I use it as breakfast and snack since I work out first thing in the morning.

I was on for 4 years and then it took me 2 years to conceive after getting off. It actually took me 1 year to start my period again. Then my periods were 2 months long, NO FUN! Then I got on it after my second child and gained 35 pounds in 3 months, and I am still having issues getting it off!

8 ounces is considered a cup....so if you drink a bottle of water (usually 16 oz) it counts as 2 cups :)

Are you doing the p90x nutritional plan? You should eat 1800 calories a day, no matter what you burn. Or so p90x says. I was SO much hungrier with p90x too

I feel ya! i finished p90x with no where near the results I wanted. Quit working out for almost a month, ate healthy but let myself splurge and I have maintained my weight. TICKS me off! Lost 6.5 inches in the l thigh 5.5 inches in the r thigh 8.5 inches off my waist 6 inches off my hips 6 inches off my bust 3 inches off my left arm 2 inches off my right arm 4 inches off my stomach (pudgy area)

I bought the whole system. Did the nutrition plan. This week were are going on vacation so I will walk and workout as much as possible. I am going to start my slim in 6 next Monday. And then probably another round of p90x after that. Funny that before I dreaded working out and now I can't wait to do it!

I changed mine based off of the p90x goals for the fat shredder...So on a daily bases the goal is 225g of protein! I think there must be something wrong...I can barely get to 100 lol
