Birth control only makes you feel hungry, doesnt make you actually gain weight. I was on nuva ring and didnt gain any weight but didnt really like it and went back on the pill.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you're on that liquid diet for like a week or more... then try protein shakes and meal replacements if you're really concerned but a few days won't hurt to be under. It is only bad if you are always under I think.

I bought some "goal" jeans about 3 years ago now... still haven't been able to wear them and I was 15 pounds lighter when I bought them! I wouldn't do it. It didn't make me more motivated at all.

Same with the thighs rubbing together! And being able to get dressed in the morning without trying on 5 different combinations of outfits until I feel slightly less fat in one!

I hear if you do chest exercises they won't be quite so... uuh tube sock-y? Like push ups and any machine at the gym that works those muscles. I don't know for a fact but it's worth a shot, right?!

Yup, a lot of people's BMIs arent right! My last boyfriend was "obese" but he was actually in great shape and had maybe 20 pounds to lose at most. He just had A LOT of muscle, especially his hockey player legs. It's not right for everyone, that's for sure.

That happened to me too! I hadnt lost a single pound in 2 weeks and then all of a sudden today i'm 3.5 pounds down! Don't worry, you are doing your body good by eating better and working out. You will never regret it and i WILL come off, i promise.

64 calorie beer is awful. Don't even bother. I still drink beer sometimes and i'm losing still :) I say have one!!

That was my weight when i started too! I lost 20 pounds for my prom and I never felt better. (I regained it all after when i turned 18 haha damn that canadian drinking age!) Good luck! We are here for you :)

I read a study recently that said adults function best on 7 hours and teens need 8-10 hours. I personally need 8-9 hours, but I am 19 so that seems right to me!

Weekends. I love to eat at pubs and drink beer and then go to Mcdonalds for a hangover breakfast (and usually a midnight snack too!!) If there was no weekend, I would be skinny.
