Another question if anyone else pops by this thread: Juicing is very high calorie. Why am I losing weight? I always believe is calories in vs. calories out for weight loss, this is just a fun way to do it in my opinion

Great ideas. Thanks guys! Yesterday I had an egg with my morning juice, sipped on one all morning and then had salmon with my lunch juice and sipped on another all afternoon then had a normal dinner. I feel great now. I'll try to continue that.

Salmon and chicken are my go-to proteins. You can also do shakes if you would like.

I work out with a friend who does them, figured three 250m sprints wouldn't kill me.. She is in better shape than me evidently!

I agree with kijiji. I had one that I bought from Canadian Tire near Deerfoot mall, then saw the same one on there for half the price :( kijiji is awesome.

Canada here! Edmonton. AB. And dude.. dill pickle seasoning is the best. You're missing out. We also can get ketchup flavored popcorn seasoning ha ha NOW think about how weird we are! Edit: Oops, looks like I can't swear on here!

The less often I have sex, the less I want it (oddly enough). My advice, start spending a little uuhh...quality time with yourself, DAILY. That's how I boost my drive!

Instead of beer and whiskey, switch to wine and vodka waters for less calories. Just keep track of how many you have and make sure you burn those calories in the next few days.

Thank you! First of all, yes it's a sports medicine place. This was the first time running in new shoes too, so I don't think I will use those ones again. I will try running in my old ones and see if it makes a difference when my back feels better. I have been away from it for 7 or 8 months now. I was running for an hour…

Because drinking dehydrates you. It is likely only water weight and will come back once you're hydrated. I am the same way!

Oh also, the less you eat sugar, the less you crave it. The first few weeks will be HELL... trust me. But after that it get easy. Everything will taste sweeter and you just wont want it as much. That's too bad about the allergies!

I know EXACTLY what you mean! I cant buy sweets or else I'm always eating them. It's all about self control though. There are no tricks or pills or magic fixes :( try to stay full on things like veggies and fruits and water so you're less likely to eat them maybe?

Wow people are rude. It counts as something! I spend my day sitting all day, so if I walk for 4 hours I log it. Not 850 though :) maybe a few hundred! Shopping makes you tired and hungry, you're obviously burning more calories than sitting.

Frozen chicken breast and frozen veggies. Some times I add soya sauce or hoi sin or something for taste. My go to lazy dinner!

hahaha awesome post. Just to let you know, the first time I did the 30DS I was about 160 lbs at 5'7" and I couldnt walk for 3 days after. It's not just you! Good luck :)

Instead of no. 9, I drink cans of club soda. I actually enjoy it as much as a regular soda and they have no sweeteners in them!

Lol Alberta?!? It's really smokey here from all the forest fires! But to the OP, I usually elliptical when I'm really sore, but that's because I have torn a muscle from running when sore. I tend to overdo it.

Agreed! I always have a little wiggle room in my calories for vodka or wine, and smoking some hangover pot the next day :)

I LOVE 30 Day Shred! Before I was mostly doing cardio at the gym, but when I added the 30 Day Shred 2-3x a week, all of a sudden everyone started to notice my weight loss and I have noticed I am really tightening up. It's freaking brutal (especially because I use 10 lb weights) but so worth it! Sorry, no pics yet!
