    Healthy alternative snacks...

Krystal Farms Cheese Sticks (Walmart) - 70 cals per stick
Armor (or Hormel or Farm Fresh brand) Turkey Pepperoni slices (15-16 per serving) - 70 cals
Carrot sticks/Mushrooms/Cauliflower/Broccoli (fresh) w/ either Hummus (roughly 100-130 cals dependent on type & amount) or Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges (35-50 cals per wedge plus the veggies) or Wholly Guacamole (100 cals for whole packet plus veggies)
Emerald 100 calorie Almond packs (comes in plain or Coco flavor) (or buy unsalted dry roasted almonds and measure out 100 servings)
Apple slices + either peanut butter (can be high in cals) or some type of nut butter (almond) - highest cals (can be 200 for peanut butter) but healthy fats + fruits is ok

I don't like to eat too many "fat free" "sugar free" or the such type of foods. I will drink splenda drinks (SodaStream diet drinks!) but I want to avoid too many over processed foods.

Instead of no. 9, I drink cans of club soda. I actually enjoy it as much as a regular soda and they have no sweeteners in them!

No, I think what everyone should know is that you should not switch to artificial food to cheat your body. When you cheat your body, you surely take away something from your life. All those artificial sweeteners, I highly doubt the body appreciates it. Well, to each his own. I will continue on portion control.

    I agree...

Light Potato Bread from Aunt Millies is only 35 calories per slice

As is Healthy Life Whole Wheat Bread.... I'll give you that it's a be 'drier' than most breads, but adding only 70 cals to a sandwich is fantastic!
