Alcohol and weight loss...

I lose more weight on nights I drink, compared to nights I don't. I only have a couple on the weekends, but can always guarantee a higher weight loss... is anyone else experiencing this? Maybe it's all the dancing I do along with it,,, not sure.
Hope to hear some feedback!!

Because drinking dehydrates you. It is likely only water weight and will come back once you're hydrated. I am the same way!0

Ya I weigh in for fun sometimes after a night of drinking. Sometimes I am down 5 lbs or so.
This is just dehydration and once you get some fluids in you the scale will come roaring back up.
I have one or two nights of moderate drinking a week and still manage a downward trend of losing just fine. The alcohol sure doesn't help, but I have found a nice balance with fitting it in.0
