Your diary isnt open to the public. But I usually eat my 1200 calories and a little less than half my exercise calories back and it has worked for me. some times i'm way over and sometimes i'm under!

To get motivated at home is the HARDEST thing. When you have a visable couch and munchies around the corner it's hard to resist and actually get moving. I reccomend going outside or to a gym to get motivated. That's just my personal experience though! I work 100% harder when people might be watching :)

Carry a little notepad and write it down so you won't forget? Or get a smart phone! lol I know that sounds drastic but it really will change your life. I don't know what I would do with my iphone...

any type of ear buds! most come with 3 sizes of rubber ear buds that you can change to fit your ears and they never fall out.

I save up my calories for night haha probably not the best idea... but so far it has worked! Also I find if I have my laptop while I'm watching tv I don't eat. Ohh and keep yummy things like blueberries and cherries in the house for when you can't stop muching. Ohhh or if your a chips and salsa freak like me, eat hot salsa…

I was JUST thinking of making mac and cheese haha but I have been sitting here trying to think of something healthier to make. The other things that crossed my mind were grilled cheese and mr.noodles.... ya not good..

Eat a big plate of veggies or fruit. It will fill you up so you don't want anything else and won't destroy your diet!

i just had a small handful of a friends at work and they were out of a bulk bag. i guess being a few off wont kill me!

I always eat them and smartones too! I don't care much about my sodium intake becuase it doesnt affect actual fat loss. Just watch it for a while before a special event or something.

My new breakfast is a cup of fat free yogurt, a peice of fruit cut into pieces with a 1/4 cup of Kashi go lean all layered in a great big dish. SOO good and keeps me full until lunch.

Go through the healthiest drive through on the way and bring a bottle of water so you have at least somethingggg to sip on while you watch!

Well about 3-4 weeks ago i posted a question similar and yesterday I ran 4 kms without slowing down or stopping and my calves felt fine :) So for me about 3-4 weeks. Probably different for everyone depending on their fitness level i guess?

I would if we were in the same country! I have seen ads for things like this on Kijiji (not sure if you guys have that outside canada?) kinda like craigslist I guess but less sketchy haha. Maybe try on a site like that where everyone looking is in the same area as you instead of all over the world!

Yes I guess "most" is probably not right, but some may :) Just trying to save at least one idoit from muching on a bag of chips for their fix of sodium after a 20 minute jog! Lol

Regarding Myth #9: Water is all I need to rehydrate after exercise- It's been proven that most people eat WAY more than their recomended daily amount of sodium. To encourage people to eat more doesn't make sense unless you eat only very natural foods. This should only apply to super healthy people with no pre packaged…

I'm in the same boat. I just finished eating and I'm stuffed, but I worked out and still have over 800 calories left!! I don't want to eat when i'm full...

How many nuts do you eat? People always say they keep you full but I am always hungry after a handful...

I get the worst sunburns and i have never had anything actually help haha. Aloe and drink lots of water is my advice.
