  • I was wondering the same thing. I know you hold on to water weight when eating a lot of sodium, but does it actually prevent you from losing fat? That's really all i'm concerned about, I don't care so much if i'm bloated sometimes, but in 2 months i want to look good in my bathing suit and will cut down on sodium the week…

  • I stopped reading at the second one. No WAY in eating a snack with 220 calories and14 g fat AND 19 g sugar! Thats almost a whole meal!

  • I don't count that in mine. the only exercise i log is when i go out of my way to burn calories. i figure the rest is just normal every day activities.

  • i was in the same boat so i went tanning, worked out, then cooked healthy food all night to freeze for lunches!

  • I bring salads a lot to for lunch a lot because they are so easy. I either put cheese OR avocado OR a can of tuna on top. Fills you up and is delicious! Also I bring lean cuisines or smart ones, cans of soup, or veggies with hummus. YUM!
  • I keep a bottle with me all the time. When i leave the house i make sure i have one with me. it helped me to buy a nice looking one that doesnt leak when its on its side or in my purse.
  • I had the exact same weekend :( only eating salads for lunch this week and back to the gym tonight though! dont let bad days discourage you. we all cheat sometimes! You can't change the past but you can always burn those extra calories the next day :)

  • I KNOW! That bugs me more than anything. In fact, I believe that was my facebook status the other week :) Glad to see there are other people out there like me lol!
  • If you have an iphone there is a new app that you take a picture of your food and it tells you how many calories are in it roughly! It's called meal snap and it really works. Can't remember how much it is but it saves you a whole lot of hassle :)
  • Exercise helps me the most. I know I haven't lost a lot of weight but I have just begun to try again after almost a year of not. I have been to the gym every day since Saturday though and all of a sudden you become in the mind set again. When you get home from the gym it seems like a total waste to eat something unhealthy…
  • Tall voka water with a twist of lime! And if you don't like drinking that order soda water instead of flat. The bubbles make it more interesting.
