Would not recommend MyProtein, pure marketing for a bad product. I would stick to brands like Reflex, ON or PhD

If you've got two jobs, then routine isn't out of the ordinary I'm guessing? Try to join a 24 hour gym and fit exercise into your busy schedule. University diets aren't the best but now you've got the whole of summer to change your habits

Harvester have also changed their menus to have the calories next to them, although theres a big difference between 500 calories of chips and 500 calories of grilled chicken and salad

Try wireless ones, I use Rapoo wireless ones as I don't really care about them and they're well priced. Don't expect much for sound quality though.

Nandos - Half a chicken is around 450 calories, could get it with their spicy rice and the total is around 650 (I think)

I've noticed that BPM can really pick up your pace when running, so try and go for tracks with a higher bpm (around 140-175) depending on what type of music you're into. A lot of people also upload mixes of songs, so you're never 'slowed down' by a tedious intro. Here's a mix I made for someone. Not sure if it's your type…

15 weeks is a long time so its definitely possible to loose a fair bit depending on how motivated you are. Just make sure to look at your meals, and limit portion sizes each time you do (and to make sure the things you are eating are healthy).
