What exactly do you mean by "too much"? As for ideas... I will make oatmeal, cottage cheese pancakes on Sunday and freeze them. Really easy in the A.M. I also sometimes eat an apple cheddar melt. again really easy and portable. and some mornings I simply make a protein shake. you could also do some low-fat cottage cheese…

I drink at a minimum of 2 cups coffee everyday, I add 1/4cup unsweetened almond milk and (1) trivia per cup coffee. I do log my coffee and almond milk but not the trivia. there's not many calories in that, I believe it's about 28 calories for 2 cups total.
