I use both. Regular mostly all the time. But, when I don't have enough fats in my macros I pull out the PB2. One is not healthier than the other though. Just a matter of preference and what you can fit into your macros.

Personal preference is the only thing that matters for meal timing. Eat when you want to eat. Like you said if you are in a deficit it doesn't matter.

Learn to dead lift if you haven't before. Trying to go heavy from the jump will not be good. From what you said "you will give them a go tonight." sounds like you haven't really done them. ^^Great comment. It isn't hard to get in 3000+ calories in 8 hrs to bulk. If you need more time, add two more hours. Still doing IF but now you have a 10 hour eating window. If you can't do it in 10 hours give up all ready. Meal timing is crap.

I have given up on telling people I intermittent fast. As soon as I say those two words. I get this weird look followed by "What is that?!". Then they get into so many other questions or comments about how breakfast is so important. So I just avoid it all together.

Getting some interesting ways people are doing this. I'm thinking i'm going to keep them separate. 3-4 sets of heavy squats for 5 reps followed by 3-4 sets of heavy deads for 5 reps is killing my dead lift numbers. As you can see from my name. I can't be hurting my dead lift gains. BANG BANG!!!
