You look great. Congrats

The baby is yours. :/

I would probably be in jail for punching someone in the face on the fasted day. This is coming from a guy who follows the 16:8 IF protocol. I've fasted for 18 hrs before because I knew I was going to have a big meal later that day and wanted to have as many calories as possible. That got rough towards the end of the 18…

Any exercise is very easy to do incorrectly. It isn't the exercise, it's the person. Don't prevent others from doing it. (Gyms and trainers) You can't fix the deadlift, you fix yourself.
-
Did somebody say deadlifts? I'm here for deadlifts. ;)

Six pack short cuts. Is'nt that Mike Chang. Most of the notable youtube fitness people usually don't agree with Mr. Chang. Train like a beast if you want to look like a beauty. This goes for your upper and lower body.

Can't see what you're eating since your diary is closed. Are you creating a caloric deficit? That's the first and most important thing when you want the scale going down. What's this diet you're on? Are you weighing the foods you eat with a digital food scale or just going willy nilly with it? Do you know how many calories…

^This. This is so awesome and right.
-
Who made up the term "eating clean"? Punch that guy in the mouth.
-
What this guy said.

This is a very interesting forum. As a guy a few months into his first bulk, I've gotten a lot from what everyone commented on.
-
I didn't want to go there. I feel the same way. Some research does say the body handles fruit sugar (fructose) different than refined sugar I didn't want the OP forum to go down that rabbit hole. I'm no scientist though. I just eat. :)
-
They are simple sugars. I don't think they are classified as refined. That guy just said " it has no sugar". Miss information can mess up peoples goals.
-
When did fruit stop containing sugar? Tell me more about this magical fruit.
-
The weight will fall off if you're in a caloric deficit from the removal of the foods containing refined sugar. Replacing the calories from the removed foods with other calories from other foods will not make the weight fall off. The deficit is what will make the weight fall off. The removal of the refined sugar may help…

For a man that slow of a bulk may work. She is probably going to need to gain at a higher rate to accomplish her goal of muscle gain. She will have to get over the slight stomach fat gain. A good smart cut will take care of that. She will look better as well afterwards, and probably be able to eat more on that cut. Who…

How does anyone survive on 1200 calories? 200 calories isn't a meal. It's hardly a snack.

Welcome to the site Nicole. Feel free to add me. I will be of any help I can give.
-
Do this. It will take some time to get used to it. I will hurt at first. Liquid chalk is another option. I've seen others suggest this.

OP you can strength train or do cardio. You can even do both. It's all up to you. Those will help in your caloric deficit. Which is your ultimate goal when you want to lose weight. You don't have to eat in as big a deficit when adding strength training and or cardio. That's a great thing. You can eat more and still lose…

So food scales are now a bad thing? Didn't know that. Guess I'll stick to the bad thing since it always works.
-
These people aren't forced to be there. They can leave if it's too hard.
-
You could do a small warm up with cardio. Then grab a barbell and weight plates and get to work. You will burn plenty of calories lifting heavy. Save the machines for last just for accessory work. Or, don't use them at all, that's up to you. Depends on your goals.
-
Why the hell not.
-
As everyone has said, a caloric deficit is all that's needed for fat loss. The changes you have made will do a lot to help with overall health, mood, and energy levels. These are great, but you will have to determine the most amount of calories you can eat and still lose weight to see results on the scale. I say most…
-
How are you determining that you are in a caloric deficit? Are you accurately tracking what you are eating?
-
When a person really wants something, I mean really want something. They will move almost all obstacles out of the way to get to it. For some it takes longer to really get to the point when we really want something we have to work hard for. Even if we think we are ready for it. Think about it.
-
What I was thinking was even more harsh but I won't say it. There really isn't a lot of motivation or help any of us can offer if after two days in you are discouraged. This isn't a sprint. It takes time. Keep reaching those small victories. Over time they will add up to a whole new you that you will be proud of.

I'm sad someone doesn't want their muscle. :embarassed: :frown: :noway:

You are funny.
