^^^This. And when we say eat less, we don't mean starve yourself. Slight deficit will do the job. Take your time and let the fat fall off. It will come off where it wants. You can't make it only come from your stomach.

Ok going down his bulletpoints the last one says you can eat f1-2 servings of fruit. But, the first one says eliminate sugar. i'm getting that BS feeling. This sounds more like paleo with a different name. I have no issue with paleo, but don't put another name on something and act like you have created something new.

Looking at his website before I comment since I have never heard of it. One of his points is eliminate sugar. So that would mean no fruit right? Fruit has sugar. Fruit is also considered healthy right? I have to admit, I am part of the group that doesn't believe in "diets" that restrict any food group.

I grow chest hair but I wouldn't consider myself hairy. I "groom" myself regularly. My wife however doesn't want me to shave my chest hair. She loves it and thinks a man should have chest hair. I don't mind it since she likes it.

There is nothing wrong with this. You are the only person that knows how you handle food. This can be great if you have self control and this doesn't make you go backwards. It can be bad of you start using your old habits and eat in a surplus for too long.

Why block carbs? None of that stuff is really needed to get yourself in the shape you want to be in. People will have to learn not to look for the easy way or magic pill. As a man and I'm only speaking for myself. If I walk in a gym and the only 45s available are pink, purple, or any other color. I would lift them sh*ts till I couldn't any more. I don't care what color the weights are. As long as I can lift heavy who cares.

It's judgement free as long as you don't like to lift heavy compound lifts. Then you are being judged for doing that. I could never last at a Planet Fitless. They would kick me out before they took my first payment.
