I can't speak for all men. For me, I love it. It shows hard work and dedication. It's sexy to me. I love a woman that squats and deadlifts. You can't compare a woman on stage to most women either. You don't go around completely shredded in the legs like that all year.

They won't make you fat. Eating in caloric surplus over time will make you fat.

Johnny Candito or Elliot Hulse have great videos on teaching both. Elliot really gets into it. Elliot has a few videos on mobility as well. Make sure you are doing some mobility work. It will help your lifts. I just started a couple of weeks ago and it makes a big difference in my squat.

I tried their BBQ sauce and wasted that $4 bucks. It went in the trash after one taste. Well, I wasted more cause I tried the ranch and honey mustard and they went in trash with the BBQ sauce. Guess I like throwing away money. :frown:

Yes I have one that works great. It's called a caloric deficit. The only things you need to purchase are a cheap digital food scale and food.

No experience at all with liquid diets. I don't believe in them. Not sure what your goal is with doing one. Do you want to trick the scale or yourself? Or, do you really want to start making reasonable lifestyle changes that will result in long term weight loss and overall health?

All else aside, Brian said it right. You can't spot reduce fat lose. You will have to continue or start being consistent with your caloric deficit and wait for that area's fat cells to shrink. You can train your abs, but that will only make them stronger, not get rid of the fat. Good luck.

I don't think being fat in itself can be labeled a disability. It is lazy and making an excuse in my opinion to use disability and fat in the same sentence. It can be harder to lose weight if you truly have a thyroid issue. But the thyroid issue is the disability not being fat.
