There is a farm animal sanctuary close to where I live. They have rescued hens and they do "egg parties" (i.e., dropping them on the ground and letting the hens eat them) when an egg gets laid.

Additionally I have been bloated more days than not. I initially lost like 10 lbs of water weight with my dietary changes, but I have gained it all back in constant bloat. Could this be bad food combining?
