I used to drink about 5 bottles of 20 oz regular coke or cherry coke per week. So it probably is the caffeine withdrawal. I didn't even connect that. Also, I had never heard of hyponatremia. Good information to know. Thank you everyone.

If someone intends to use a service like MFP for food tracking then they pretty much have to know how much food they are eating (i.e. by measuring in some way). If said person is prone to obsessive behavior and they are worried that they will develop an ED then maybe they shouldn't use this type of service. Think about it,…

I know what you mean about sometimes not being able to reach 1200 calories. There are some days (not all though) out of the week that I feel full at 800-900 calories. Those calories are from eating a ton of fruits and veggies (since they are calorie dense foods). Also, I seem to not be as hungry during the summer heat.

The recipe is a basic base also. You can switch it up based on your own personal taste. For example, sometimes I add garlic or more peppers, etc. I just kinda taste as I go.

I like doing a combination (using MFP and WW) because there are other stats that I like to see that are not on WW (such as sodium content). The WW meetings help me to stay more accountable.

People have the ability to have haters on either side (fat shaming and fit shaming). Also, it seems like a person's confidence level can dictate how others act towards them.

I was vegetarian all of last year and vegan as January 1st of this year. Every once in awhile I slip and eat meat or cheese (mainly when I don't plan and have to do fast food for lunch). It doesn't happen often, but when it does I always feel so sick to my tummy. My body just isn't used to that kind of food anymore.…

If there is a church, community, or family potluck I either eat before (so I can be good with the few options that may be available) or just make sure to take something I know that I can eat.
