Let's agree to disagree. In my experience, this forum is by no means hostile. Some people, however, confuse truth with hostility. Yes, some offer the horse golden bits in their replies, but that doesn't necessarily make it any better.

It's good to be active, but definitely eat more. In your pictures you look thin enough but with 700 calories net you're on the path of destruction. Eat more! and do not worry about gaining weight. You won't - if you stick to your TDEE (and honestly log everything you eat and do).
-
Sure. We'll use this one for breakfast!
-
You got it! Just add breakfast, lunch and snacks and make sure you're at your TDEE… By the way, I'm apologizing to MFP since with this publication the whole site will probably become obsolete ;)
-
How is this rude? To me it's a solid warning. You say you are aware of the risks but still insist on going further on the destructive path. Your post is not a request for advice but a plea for attention.

Sitting at a desk does makes people hungry.

Apparently not all folks can see the picture in my OP. Therefore here a textual conversion: Red Chicken Curry Breast Ingredients: Chicken breast (200 gr) Red Bell Pepper (72 gr) Thai Red Curry paste (<50 gr) Small potato Broccoli (1/2 cup) Olive oil (2 ts) Basil (1 ts) Cut the chicken and potato into smaller pieces. Mix…

This sounds reasonable, BUT…

… And my wife is exactly like you, asking me everyday why I don't change my dinner. Then I tell her: okay, tomorrow I'll try it for lunch and put the eggs to the evening. Seriously, I can see your point. But the thing is, I like what I eat and don't really feel like changing anything. It's also easy calorie counting and…

First of all, congratulations. You're Indian and so you have a splendid cuisine to choose from! I don't know what curry is exactly, I guess it comes in all forms and colors. I buy Red Curry from "Real Thai" because that's easy to add and cheaper than any other curry they have available here in China. Oh, and if you can see…

Well, presentation adds to your taste, whether girl or boy… Trust me, THIS recipe is your ultimate weight-loss meal. No raspberry ketones, no green coffee beans, no whatnotcommercialstuff but THIS. Cheap, tasty, healthy. I have eaten it nearly every day since I posted this (check my diary if you don't believe me) and if I…

Great post. I'm at 11/12 % and don't eat clean, although I try to avoid McDonalds and stuff (doesn't always work with a family with boy 4 yrs old lol)… I do eat a lot of chicken and not so many carbs, but I believe it's really more about the numbers in and out than the quality of food. Reading all the other comments here…

WHen asking for advice it's best to open your diary.

First of all, 39 calories is nothing, just vacuum-clean the living room once more and they're gone. It's easy to get used to coffee without sugar. Try it for a week, and you'll never go back to anything else but drinking your coffee black.

Throw in some curry, that makes anything tasty. Don't forget the potatoes.

The problem with Pro Anorectic Commenters (PACmen, but more often PACwomen) is that they want to lose half their weight in one day and give devastating advice. Going on a starvation diet never works. When you eat less, your metabolism slows down. When you exercise less, your metabolism slows down. Hence, if you want to…

Lotta chick-science. Advice from the same book as: "You probably gained muscle." (on a 2000 calorie deficit lol)

In Chongqing the air quality is… well, much better than when I came here 8 years ago, but still far from comfortable - especially for running. No idea what kind of pollutants I'm breathing in every day. I definitely cough more than back home - but i should not complain, it was my decision to come and live here. I suppose…

Yea right, and I laugh at native English speakers who can't spell 'women', I want to ask them where they got their education from and which part of their brain are they using. Seriously people, stick to your own routine rather than judging others.

I'm now finding my pace which means I'm getting more used to running and even miss it when I haven't for a few days. I never thought I could run the 5k under 22 minutes but I'm there now, and it's challenging to make it faster. I bought a Nike+ to keep track and that stimulates a lot. I think you need to have a goal and…

70kg for 1.69 female is not overweight, but it is at the wrong side of the scale. It's easy to lose 10kg though.

I roughly eat the same stuff every day, not to lose weight but because I like the things on my plate.

Excerpt from The New Rules of Lifting: "You could divide all lifters into two groups, based on how they warm up: Group 1 gets on a treadmill or stationary bike and stays there for somewhere be- tween fifteen and thirty minutes. I’m not sure how anyone in this group arrives at the optimum time to tread or cycle, but I…

I'm also doing the break-in, consuming 2100 cals to maintain my weight. The break-in gives me a chance to really practice form, and I don't miss biceps- and triceps isolated exercises at all. Can't wait to start hypertrophy I.
