  • What I personally swear by is a whole tin of tuna with 2 tbsp. of light mayo, some chopped up red pepper, chopped up onion greens, and chopped up cucumber. Sooo good, high in protein, low in calorie and filling! The only thing "wrong" with it is the mayo...but I found that I can't win the battle of a super awesome lunch…
  • I LOVE THIS!!! Very true!
  • This is a reply to a lot of the feedback here, just wondering...won't increasing my weight training build muscle and therefore increase the number on the scale...yes, even though muscle burns more calories than fat? Thoughts on that?
  • I agree with another post about wearing stretchy clothes. I have lost 46 lbs and 1 pair of tight fabric dress pants are down to my ankels while I'm still easily wearing a pair of super stretchy dress pants.
  • Wow - I must say that was a great response! As were the other ones of course - but you're right - I think we get to used to tracking every single little thing on MFP we forget how to eat in the "real world" (in this case a dinner party) - so tonight I won't be too over obsessive but eat with a better mind set compared to…

It's a sort of dry spray that you spray your hair with that cleans it, but without the whole process of showering, blow drying, straightening! I've never tried it, but I'm going to look into it - maybe you could too??? Just a thought…
  • Just typing my answer makes me excited!!! Once I get down to my goal weight I'm flying me and my hubby to somewhere hot for a nice vacation - and one heck of a bikini to come along with me as well! No need to buy other clothes - I will be in my bikini the whole time with my head held high and proud of my accomplishments!!!…
  • I've had the same question, and a trainer I talked to suggested Calisthenics. It's more geared toward the muscle part of it since there's so much toning, and not all cardio like aerobics.
  • I echo what everyone else is saying. I did the Jillian Micahels 30 day shred before I started counting calories and my scale didn't budge 1 pound!!! But, I could tell I was thinner. Goes to show what muscle mass can do to your scale!!! Keep hanging in there. You'll have your ups and downs with weight loss. Remember to…
