I'm 5 ft tall, started at 52kg/114.6lbs, currently weigh 49kg/108lbs, my 1st weight goal is 47kg/103.6lbs ultimate weight goal is 45kg/99lbs :) Still in normal BMI range last time I calculated :D

I'd suggest you do a short video workout like 30 DS (the only one I'm familiar with). It's tough and only 20mins. I think u can squeeze it in between your tight schedule! :) Maybe there are others short video workout u can check out too.

Sometimes, I usually log on the prev day. :/ Especially there's still calories left on the day before. Lol, makes you think 2x if you log on the next day then u'll have less calories u can eat which is sad :( lol

I totally agree with you on Jillian being a masochist. Lol, sometimes I feel like telling her to shut up while I struggle to do the knee kick+ weights. I havent measured myself but hopefully my thighs get smaller after I'm done with the whole course

Thank u! I am going to be on my day 4 for Level 2 today. Still hate the plank position, upped my calorie intake and now I just turn red after the workout, lol, not purple! :D How's level 3 like? I haven't got the video yet!

I overeat when I'm studying for my exams! I've these thoughts like "Ohh, I need to stay up and study, I need alot of energy to keep me going, so I'll need this cookies and chips" =.= I'm having my block exam in a couple of weeks, hopefully I'll refrain myself from these nasty calories and still do well in my exams! :/
