What a darling darling little girl!!! Just perfect

I'm really interested in the facts about this... I've been looking at getting one of those 'over the door' resistance 'home gym' doovies...because I have really bad agoraphobia that has kicked in in a major way, and I haven't been able to get to the gym in months. I'm still losing weight, but I'm becoming incredibly flobby…

^^ this too...

OMG...so this! ^^ I have silly things go through my head too, like 'my friend stretched the clothes she passed down, so they're not REALLY that small' and 'the shops are obviously carrying bigger sizes these days, where a size 14 is really a size 18'...
-
Yes! I still go to the same size clothing I was, because I still don't truly believe I'm any different. I don't really feel a lot different. But then I never really felt as big as I was to start with. I always felt a lot more able than my body allowed. I've lost almost 30 kilos, and I honest do not feel like I look any…

There is no way that bowl of mixed greens, or the bowl of baby spinach is 100 calories.

^^ This...not even tempted. I went there once or twice, for whatever reason, and they were absolute d*cks! I much prefer older men. Older, more desperate men LOL

I'm not usually one to drool over bodies, but I must say, this thread has really impressed me. What a lot of hard work that's paid off. Well done to you all

Yup...me too! The first time I felt my rib bone sticking out I laid there all night running my hands over it. Then my hip bone, and all sorts of weird shapes appearing in other places. I've also noticed (I'm old, so my skin isn't elastic like you young'n's) lots of spare skin, and it's a running joke in my house that I can…

I have no idea what most of these 'exercises' are... But today I went to my local animal refuge, and I walked dogs. Or should I say, I got dragged at a run behind them with my arms being pulled off...so all in all a great cardio/strength training workout LOL!

I was visiting friends last night. Haven't seen them in quite a few months. Their adorable little 6 year old said 'you're getting so skinny!', then proceeded to move her hands in a complete ball/round shape and said 'you're not like this any more'!!! Bwahaha!!!! Love kids honesty. :ohwell:

This was always my take on it too, until I came here and discovered the importance of muscle. I was one of those fat women who was terrified of developing muscle because I didn't want to get bigger! Seems strange even to me now. I had no idea of the importance muscle tone plays in actual weight loss. Creating muscle by…

You may need a magnesium supplement. If you're sweating a lot you'll lose it, and muscle pain is associated with being low in magnesium. Works for me. Not sure about all these answers suggesting you'll always be in pain. Seems a pretty extreme to me. Unless you're trying to become the next iron man/woman/Arnie, why put…

Anyone's welcome to add me. I'm 42, live 4 hours north of Brisbane. I'm not the most active 'support' person on the home page, but I'm happy to reply to messages and chat when I'm about. I've lost almost 30 kilos, and still have quite some way to go. But I'm not aiming for a perfect body, just for a healthy one that I'm…

Best you ring your blood service and ask them directly. I know here in Australia they wont take blood if your pulse is over 100. I found this out when my learner driver son drove me to my appointment and my pulse and BP were high LOL. Obesity related diseases could be a problem, such as diabetes, high cholesterol etc, so…

Naked is all year around. Clothes are seasonal :)

When I was going to the gym at least 3 times a week (I haven't been for a few weeks, and boy does it show!), my boobs (B cup) didn't shrink in size (I've also lost almost 30 kilos), but they got firmer, perkier and looked better than they had in years :)

After watching the Biggest Loser this year, I realised one thing. Getting stuck in is not going to kill us. Those contestants were morbidly obese, and were pushed and pushed and pushed, all the while being told 'NO EXCUSE!'. And they didn't die. They didn't keel over. They could do a lot more than they truly believed they…

You could all be talking a whole other language right about now...

Really glad you're going to be ok. I had one experience with diet pills years ago, seemed to have a reaction to other drugs I'm on perhaps (thyroid meds). I went through everything you described PLUS I honestly felt insane. I felt I was losing my mind. Never again. I'm eating right, exercising, counting calories, and doing…

By the way....Happy Thanksgiving! I wish we had Thanksgiving in Australia. Maybe people would be a little more appreciative of what they have :flowerforyou:

I'm not sure why, but the episode of Vicar of Dibley just came to me...the Christmas episode where Geraldine has to go to everyone's Christmas dinner and is brought home in the bucket of a front end loader LOL!

Bookmarking to come back to this... You are an amazing woman...I hope you see that one day

I was a super fit kid....very muscular...worked hard on the farm after school...played every sport going at school... And then I became a 'young woman' and it wasn't cool to be a tomboy, and I stopped moving. Nobody taught me about nutrition, and the fact that I should have eaten far less once I stopped moving. I had…
