I have chronic pain (back and neck issues) and I'm currently doing hydrotherapy and focusing on my core strength. It's amazing how much it helps :)

46 year old woman living on the Fraser Coast QLD...just got back after many months of not being here. I do low carb, high fat (don't count calories). I have no thyroid. I have chronic pain so mobility is an issue. I want to lose another 10 kilos (lost 33 so far). That's not my ideal weight, just my next goal. Hiya :)

Cheese Chips (most of you guys would call these crisps I think), in particular Smiths Original Crinkle Cut Ready to make things like cakes/muffin mixes and frozen desserts Ice cream of any description Maltesers. Totally addicted to Maltesers!

You will need to use the calories based on the whole fruit. It's only water that's being removed. Water has no calories. This is why dried fruit and juices are so full of calories and such a danger to most of us who can't stop at just a few.

If you ate all 2 cups of it, then log all the oil you put in. Otherwise, work out the proportion of what you ate and log that.

There are so many 'diets' out there. Whatever you do follow the rules for that. Don't mix the rules. If you are calorie counting, count the calories.

My son bought me a blender for Xmas...I wanted a stick blender, the ones they use on Masterchef, but he bought me a proper stand up on the kitchen bench type. It's a 'Sunbeam Multiblender'. It works really well, as long as you have some liquid in with whatever you're blending, eg ice.

Sugar is an ingredient. There's no sugar. Therefore it's sugar free. It may however contain dextrose or fructose, which are other ingredients. :wink:
