  • Gained 3 kilos. Not all that sure how. I didn't eat a lot, but I DID drink a lot of creamy frappe's (my son bought me a blender for Xmas lol). But having no thyroid it's VERY easy to gain. I'm back on track now and plan on getting rid of it plus a whole lot more in time. No worries mate :)
  • I'd be interested to see how you young fellas go...my son is almost 20, and is painfully thin. I have often wondered what it would show if he logged what he ate during the day. He just can not put weight on, no matter what.
  • Eggs Bennie... I know, I know, it doesn't even sound remotely like it would be acceptable, but I bought a packet mix of hollandaise sauce which only had something like 50 calories in it! A bit of bacon, an egg, smoked salmon, and some turkish bread...and the entire thing absolutely killed me!
  • I've GAINED 3 kilos!!!! Gotta love Chrissie! Back on the wagon tomorrow. So all up I have lost about 27 kilos, and still have quite a ways to go.   • Any 40-somethings in QLD? I'm Sharyn, I'm 42, and I still have a long way to go, although I'm feeling a lot better than I have in a long time physically.
