What did you do leading up the wedding? have you considered yoga? If you have trouble with Cadio maybe strength training might be your thing.

Father of 3 in MA. Not following a specific diet, just getting a little more active (walking, biking, swimming) and trying to eat healthier. Sharing this with my fiance has made me more accountable, so I would definitely work with friends on MFP or IRL.
