Thanks! I think I'll start off with 1,500/1,600 and slowly build up to 1,800-2,000, you have opened my eyes, since I thought eating over 1,400 was very bad. Thanks:)

How much a day would you suggest? I will still burn 300 a day since that's just to improve my fitness I do about 30 minutes on a bike then 3kg/5kg dumbbells for muscle.

I weigh 134.2lbs and would like to get down to 130-128lbs. I don't exercise just to eat back calories. It's just someday I'll eat 1000 like today and I feel full, so I think do I need the extra 200 calories? I've had my 5 a day including fruit and veg.

Every week I meant not day, typo sorry! Thanks for the advice I think I might go for 1100 a day instead and 1200 on a weekend.
