Is 1000 Calories Enough?
On average I eat about 1200 on a good day up to 1400 on a bad day. I would like to lose 1 pound every week, which means I should take out 500 calories per day. I burn about 300 calories a day by doing exercise and would like to drop my calorie intake to 1000 a day from Monday-Friday. I would then go back to 1200 a day on…
