1200-1600...depends how much exercise I get each day. I started to really lose weight and tone up when I started eating half (or more) of my exercise calories back. I started out at 137 pounds and am down to 120. I'm also 5'3". I would still like to lose 5 more pounds.

Yea...the shirt says "I earned it" on the back. If you complete Insanity, you earn the t-shirt. That is why I said "I earned it.".

I need a proof of purchase? What do people do when they do it together and only one person purchased it? Did anyone else get the t-shirt without getting the proof of purchase? My husband borrowed it from someone he works with. Thanks!

I look and feel great. I had my third c-section 5 months ago and thought I'd never get back in shape. I decided to try Insanity and I definitely got the results I was looking for. I saw most of my results in month 2. I still have some areas to tone up more and I'd like to lost 4 more pounds. My plan is to start all over…

Thank you! I never thought I'd make it through the first week, but here I am, almost finished. I had my third c-section less than five months ago and I thought I would never get back into shape. So you think ripped in 30 would be a better fit? I loved Insanity and would start it over again right away but feel like I need to change it up a bit. I also don't want to buy Asylum yet.

The heart rate monitor I bought is the best! I'm doing Insanity and burning between 300-400 calories a workout (somedays less and somedays more).

What about eating all those extra calories in fruits and veggies?
