I brought some 1 cal butter spray oil from Tesco and spray my popcorn with that then add some mixed spice or some dried Parmesan. Even my fussy kids eat it :)

I don't eat breakfast, if I do I go on to binge the rest of the day. My first food of the day is usually way past 11 am. I usually have a glass of Hazelnut milk and a sponge finger before bed though at around 11 pm so I think that's ok. If you aren't hungry there seems no point in forcing yourself to eat :)

I find my FitBit relatively accurate. I wore it whilst doing 39 mins of Just Dance 3 and it was within 5 cals of my heart rate monitor. And don't worry about it double counting your exercise if you enter it in MFP it'll over write the movement in the FitBit dashboard.
