There is a recipe builder in your food diary. You just add everything in and the number of servings and it calculates it for you.

Don't cry!!! I think that as long as you are counting the calories you are fine. it sounds like you really have made some good choices in changing what you order, so I don't think there is anything wrong with it. I swim 30 minutes 4 times a week normally, but have now switched two of those days to cycle and weights. I try to walk at least 30 minutes the other three days but usually go 45-60 minutes. Working out is def. NOT my favorite thing.....

Is it too late to join? If not, what do you need me to do and what are the "rules". Sorry...I am new to the challenge thing, but it sounds like fun!!

How many calories/servings in this? It sounds GREAT!

The only hard part is figuring out the serving sizes. I usually weigh the empty dish, then weight it again with the recipe in it. That way I can figure out exactly how many ounces are in the entire dish and seriving size. I know----sounds crazy---but it works.

The recipe builder on this site works really well. It also allows you to save all of your recipes so that you can easily add them to your diary over and over.

I know that you can buy fat free feta that is really good. It tastes just like the real thing if you like feta!
