Click on "Food" - "Recipes" - "Enter New Recipe" - then enter all your ingredients, name the meal and the amount of servings it makes and save it.
When you enter it in the food diary it will automatically calculate the individual (or however many) portions for you!

There is a recipe builder in your food diary. You just add everything in and the number of servings and it calculates it for you.0

MFP has a recipe feature where you enter all the ingredients and the number of servings and it will calculate the nutritional facts for you. Go to Food and then to recipes and add your recipes there. Good luck!0
