Low calorie, high fiber meals can help with the hunger. Egg beaters with a multi-grain toast, jam and coffee can help. Non-instant oatmeal also is great filler and some of the high fiber cereals with almond milk should help you feel fuller. i try to use a lot of veggies, like some of the others have said.
