30 Day Shred, Round 2 - COMPLETE!

Here is the post summarizing my results from the first round

I finished my 2nd round of 30 day shred Today!.

I stuck with it and did it everyday for 30 days. This round I did 15 days on level 2 and 15 days on level 3. I also did at least 30-60 minutes of additional cardio, either 30 min stationary bike and/or 30 minute of a very brisk walk (2 miles in 30 minute)

Total inches lost in:
neck 0.25"
waist 2"
hips 2.5"
Biceps 0" (but more toned)
thighs 1.5" each leg

Total inches lost = 7.75"
Total weight loss = 12.8lbs

Next on que is Ripped in 30.... not sure if i will start this weekend or monday.....

pics! Please do not mind the stretch marks on my belly, my second boy did a number on my tummy as he was born at 10lbs 3oz)

    You look great! I love 30 Day Shred! I'm doing Ripped in 30 and I think you will like it too! Jillian in brutal in it. I'm only in Week 2 and I can't imagine how beastly it will get in weeks 3 and 4.

    It is divided into 3 different workouts (level 1-3). Each work out including warm up and cool down is about 27 mins. You start at level 1 and do it until feel ready to move up to more advance levels.

    You look great! Your face, arms and tummy have all shrunk :flowerforyou: I am on Level 3 now. I plan on started Ripped in 30 around 05/06. When are you planning on starting ripped?

  • I have started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today i have been dieting for about 2months and have lost just over 1 stone. I wasn't doing any exercise previously apart from the odd bit of walking but i am very determined to incorporate some into my daily routine now. I started on level 1 today and my god did i feel the burn lol.

    I would like to talk to people who also are in the same position as me i weigh just over 200lbs and would like to weigh 155lbs at the end of this anybody with similar weight loss goals? feel free to get in touch, i could do with the support my boyfriend just keeps offering me chocolate lol (not very supportive)

    Thanks everyone! I started Ripped 30 last monday so i am a week into it. So far so good! I have loved dooing these dvd's as i am seeing the results as are my friends and family
