oh gosh yes we all plateau and that tends to make us feel down. Try adding a new routine to your work out and some different foods. Throw your body off a bit by eating more (healthy foods) on certain days so that you don't plateau and exercising differently. Also it helps if you can find a hobby where you are active, yet…
