Because your body doesn't have an actual clock. Food is food and whenever you eat it, it's going to digest it just the same as if you were sitting on the couch (going for no exercise here) after dinner or watching a movie. Your body doesn't go into starvation mode overnight!

Take it to a tailor! They can adjust the seams for your clothes so you don't have to get rid of it :) It's going to look awesome on you!!

I use the Polar FT7. It does a freaking awesome job, and the strap is really comfortable. Plus the watch is pretty badass for non-workout days, even though I didn't get the pink one. But it's nice to know what I'm really burning instead of what myfitnesspal or the stupid treadmills tell me. Was $110
