  • I will miss being oblivious about my body. I knew I was heavier the last 8 or so years so I didn't feel uncomfortable or anything. I will also miss eating whatever I wanted and not thinking about it... and DEFINITELY my boobs! Not that I necessarily had much to work with beforehand but DANGIT!

  • I am that very rare morning person (I think it is the promise of coffee!). You are right, a workout is a working out. Too, the AM often is the only guarantee of me getting my work out in but MAN it's frustrating!
  • I often tell people to think of Trader Joe's as more of a gourmet food store vs. a health food store. Don't blindly pile things in your cart, check labels!! With that said their frozen brown rice is a staple in our house.
