Congratulations and Wow! Was it a difference in the type and level of exercise? Myfitnesspal is telling me to eat 1200 calories a day. I feel like this is too little!

Wow, thanks! You're really encouraging. I think by doing the calorie counter I already realize how a few unhealthy snacks can stack up. Instead of buying chips snacks, I went to the market and bought some dried fruit that I like and tofu instead.
